Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 carton large mushrooms
  • 1 package Italian sausage
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wipe mushrooms with damp cloth. Remove stems and center, making room for sausage.
Fill each mushroom with uncooked sausage until mounded and compact.
Place on baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
Serve hot.
