Breakfast Pie

Breakfast Pie

  • one 9″ deep dish pie shell
  • 1 C Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 C sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 C milk

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line pie shell with half of cheese.
Cover with sausage, then cover with remaining cheese.
Mix eggs and milk and pour over pie. Bake for about 40 minutes or until set.
